Five Hours In The Sun
Golf day today, looking out of the window at the rain I dressed in long trousers.
A tee off time of 1030 following bacon rolls and coffee meant that it was glorious sunshine before I'd even started.
I didn't come in the top three but I didn't come last. In July I lost 9+ balls, today two. Today I remembered to slow down and hold the club lower down the shaft.
I enjoyed the day.
The only downside, my ankle hurt so much that by the end I was hobbling.
I met Clare, Sam, Josh and Mark downtown where we ate in the Harbour Lights, home, a film and then bed at 9 for me, tired and too much sun.
