My friend’s orchids

Whenever I am given an orchid, not often, they flower a week or two then die for ever!  Or at least till I give them to my friend who nurtures them back to health!   

Today I visited her,like a fool I left the house around three, without even a bottle of water! The sun hit me, but I made it to her house up a hill! She lives only a couple of hundred yards from the bottom!  

We had a lovely long chat and when I left there was a lovely breeze and it was cooler! 

Apart from this visit I spent the day reading as Ro has gone to a match with so in Newcastle!  Glad to say Liverpool are winning at the moment!
