La Vie En Rose

A bright pink rose for a bright (if rather less pink) day.

26 degrees C here again, but with a breeze at least.

In my search for a new camera I have come across another contender.
It was already sort of on the list, just because of its looks, but I had not seriously considered it because it was Micro Four Thirds, and I really, really like shallow DOF.
But I held and played around with an OM D M10 Mk ii. And I really liked how it felt to use; the feel in the hand, the ease of use, the amount of dials and buttons to customise, etc.
So that's put MFT, particularly the ones from Olympus that resemble the old OM1 design, firmly on my radar. 
Obviously I can still use my vintage glass, but it would mean a x2 crop. But for most of my photos that wouldn't really matter.

We'll see.
