Courgettes a Different Way (For Me)…

… Having chopped them and sprinkled with olive oil, I’ve seasoned them and am frying them in butter. (We had a very light lunch, honestly!).
I’ve never cooked them this way. I’ll let you know.

My Mum cooked EVERYTHING in butter.
She added butter to things which manage very well without butter…
If she didn’t add butter, she added cream.
She even ate her cornflakes with cream, because, ‘I like it’.
Maybe that’s why I tend not to?!

My almost blip was candied pecans, also never attempted before (We should have visitors more often!). They are definitely keepers, but don’t make such a pretty blip.
We’ll be lucky if they are still here by the time the visitors arrive.
