A less awful drive, so that’s something!  The elephant on the hotel luggage cart looks pretty much how we feel.

We’re back at Heathrow ready to return to SFO early tomorrow.  It’s been a full on trip as they tend to be and at this stage of the game one really loses a sense of oneself.

Other random observations:  Hotel rooms here don’t have recycling bins, we’ve noticed this before.  I keep wanting to put recyclables somewhere but can’t.  

T has thoroughly enjoyed Gregg’s sausage rolls, he even looked at their stock price.

Water is different, London water makes our hair go stiff and weird - hard water?  Leeds water is nice, happy hair!

Yay for M&S in general, and the biscuits (cookies) and shortbread!  Their hummus and olives are good too.  What’s good at M&S was a recurring theme amongst those we visited on this trip.
