Glazing

I picked up all the little bowls and a mug from pottery today and am really very pleased with them all. They’re all quite nice and light, the turning seems good, and the glazing has come out pretty good too! Definitely a good batch.

I also enquired today about moving from a weekly class to their membership model, where I would pay slightly less, be able to attend more often when it suited me, but wouldn’t have the benefit of a tutor (although I rarely ask for help these days). I’d miss being with the group of people in the class at the moment (it’s a really nice group) but I could potentially book at the same time most weeks and would only be in a space next door so could still chat. I’ve been dithering about this decision for a long time but it feels right to try it now. It will give me more flexibility at the weekends rather than Sundays always being planned around pottery.
