Go away. It's all mine

It can get very fraught down at the sunflower feeder hanging over our patio. There are now up to four girl,dfinches feeding in and around our garden. Today just this one wanted to defend its patch.

There is a hierarchy, which goes in descending order from woodpecker to nuthatch, bullfinch, goldfinch and greenfinch all the way down to blackcaps. Then there seems to be a more conciliatory community feeding time amongst the tits and especially the long-tailed tits. I think their diminutive size stops them from harassing other birds, though I may be wrong.
