Spider Araneus diadematus

Do not understand why my wife did not mind this little baby sitting in her car, ready for a little ride. I had to lift it out of the car.

Cross spider, Araneus diadematus. It is said that it is the only poisonous spider in our latitudes, I see this only for really hot summers, the last time it was seven years ago.
