Inspired by Lady Findhorn and realising I had all the ingredients to hand I made this Nigella recipe. It was well received. Very well received - even by those members of the party not overimpressed with polenta

We had a great, relaxed day catching up and recharging. For supper we had mushroom curry. Also well received.
