Jumping Spider Hunting

Early this morning, I spent some time looking for the tree frog that is living in the pitcher plants growing in our goldfish pond.
I did not find the tree frog.
Instead, I found a jumping spider that appeared to be hunting for the small insects that the pitcher plants entice somehow in an effort to fill their "pitchers".
I could see that this jumping spider had no intention of falling into one of the plants' honey pots.
However, it had every intention to use the plants as a 24-hour diner.
