The last of the barley….

All go again today.
Cattle checked , water trough repaired.
Last field of spring barely cut . Just 20 acres of oats to go now .
Senior moment when I tipped a trailer load of barley up too far and put it through the shed roof - bugger.
Finished by 4.30 pm ,then baled the field of hay wee brother had rowed up for me .
Then headed down to the village to bale a field of straw that got wet last night.
Home by 9 pm and fed the orphan calf who wasn’t happy I was so late with her tea !
A nice sunset tonight, was almost enjoying baling ……
