Overhaul Library

Tuesday but no pictures from today’s gig painting although it was worthy of photographing but one from my ever increasing library of ‘overhaul’ photos.
Now upside down the hull has had two coats of undercoat on the below waterline section and one on the above waterline section. Most of the boards are now painted, either just undercoated finished with the gloss top coat. We ran out of red and dark blue and rather than drive almost home and back to pick up paint we finished early.
The progress is now moving along at a decent pace and I’ve become more relaxed about the almost thirty weeks it’s taken.

Meanwhile at home Mrs S was supervising the boiler service before heading into the garden for a little respite from ‘laundry fairy’ duties!
