Had excellent engagement photo session this morning with Melissa. The results are not available to the public yet (hence the bike-tire Blip), but I'm pretty much done editing and processing...hawt! Yes, some really great results--hope she likes them!

Melissa is super fun, sweet, and extremely laid back--all nice traits to have when doing photos on a really hot August day. Her and Byron are such a fantastic couple and seeing them together is always a wonderful thing--they both just radiate with this peaceful, calm air. Like they are hovering around on these little blue clouds. They are good people.

Indeed, Melissa looked great, and her friend Marissa did some amazing work with hair and makeup. But...the day didn't go off without just a few minor glitches: Leah was helping me out just fine until she had some weird food poisoning moment that ended with her blowing chunks into some bushes behind the T/P warehouse. Culprit? Spinach bagel. Next, I was riding around on the blue cruiser with the front brake I forgot I detached amidst transporting in my car, thus had to slow my roll by crashing fist-first into a brick wall. But all is well now--Leah is feeling better, brick residue has been flushed from knuckles. All is well, indeed.

Back to it tomorrow. The weekend is over.
