La Zenia

Bobbie brought home a few gifts from La Zenia, including this lovely patterned tea towel.  Leo is eyeing that up to take with him as he moves out to Uni.

It was deadline day for his accommodation decision and he decided to opt to move out and enjoy some student life, which I am sure is the right decision.  So we have a few weeks now to get things organised and get all the things he needed. Luckily he is not far away so I can just deliver anything we forget at the start!

It was the last session of my 6 week small group training at the gym. Again it was just me there so it turned into another PT session!  So now, the trainer is going to send me a couple of programmes using all the. Exercises we have practised and I can get to put them all into practice on my own.
