Monkeying around

parkrun day and it was a good week for volunteers, with the mandatory roles filled by mid week and even a few people turning up on the day and asking if they could help.  Marion came and exercised her lungs and hands by cheering and clapping everyone coming round the lake as she has been advised not to run/walk for a couple of weeks.

Afterwards we had an icecream and then coffee at the zoo where we all laughed about her monkey aversion.  Then it.was home.for a.quick.change before we enjoyed a dip and toasted sandwiches with wine at Osea beach.
