Trees and Reflections

An exercise in split toning. There is a clutch of dead trees not far from home which are just fascinating in their appearence. So stark and slightly sinister ... especially with the reflections in the nearby pool.

There was a threatening sky brewing, too, and with a bit of experimentation with the post-processing I finally hit on this combination of monochrome with split toning, which I'm actually rather pleased with!
