Baby

We always go to see the birds in the aviary at the garden centre on the way to the shop. This morning the aviary owner was there cleaning the birds out and he showed us this tiny baby cockatiel which was oh so cute. It’s one of three babies, one was even smaller and is doing well still to be alive as it is so small. It’s a constant job for the parents feeding the youngsters.
Today was my dad’s 85th birthday, although we didn’t get to see him today we spoke and he was in good spirits. We will celebrate with him and family in a couple of days.
