Backblip: cactus flower

Cacti can have such beautiful flowers.

I've been cooking meat almost all day today.
Yesterday I got meat again from the butcher who only buys meat from local farmers.
It's not organic, but it is free of antibiotics, etc. "I can't remember the name :-(" haha.
I didn't freeze the beef and ham, but used them right away today.
I made Limburgs zuurvlees (Limburg sour meat). "If you're ever on holiday in Limburg, you really have to try this."
It's sweet and sour with onions. My favorite, haha.
And I fried and stewed the ham with lots of onions and beer.
Tonight, I sliced ​​it into slices with a delicious sauce.
I still have enough for 9 meals in the freezer. Today I've already eaten one of the four portions of Limburg Sour meet, with fries, and tomorrow I'll eat one of the six portions of ham with sauce.
It comes with boiled potatoes and cauliflower. Mmm.
