Changes

Parkrun, as usual, first thing this morning. 

What was not "as usual" is that I was volunteering instead or running. No particular reason, except that I felt like it. I opted for the Loch Leven course, and they assigned me to barcode scanning*.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Benign August weather helped, of course! I should do it more often. 

The Blip is the finish line and funnel as the leading runner went past for the first time. 

This evening - music and highlights of assorted rugby and football matches. Spiders played at Airdrie this afternoon. I opted out. 


* It is a simple finish line procedure to give each runner his/her individual time. So simple even this old fool got it right...
