Day off

Lovely slow morning after yesterdays late hours clearing the stage and getting all the equipment from the concert packed. Nearly all in the band plays many instruments and three of them are also skilled circus artists and use a bed of nails, fire eating equipment and machines for illusion tricks. Plus instruments, speakers, microphones and cables. I had a good nights sleep.

Nothing much happened during the day apart for a couple of hours of wood cutting and stacking. There's lots left to split but for what is left, I need to borrow my landlords electric wood-splitter. The logs are too large for my axe and my sprayed wrist can't handle that strain. At least most of the wood are now under a roof of sorts and will be dried by the wind to be used as firewood in a year or two. I got plenty of wood for the next three years and there's even one tree left that has to be taken down pretty soon.
