Required Reading And Action

I have been given quite a lot of literature regarding my recent experience. All is required reading.

The exercise regime continues. Pat has made up a box with all of the various tablets etc which is placed next to me at the dining table.

I am very fortunate to have such great support. Now I will try and concentrate other matters as a subject for Blipfoto entries.
