BIRD ON A WALL

A trip  into town this morning.  A bit later as our orders from Higgies was late today due to there being races on in Cartmel this weekend and they need to deliver there first.  

Then Hubby went off to do some shopping in the Co-op and do a couple of other things, Garron went off to the Book Sale in Daisy Roots and I just went for a walk around and then into Thyme Out.  Where I met an extremely friendly dog called Bailey and who loved me making a fuss of him.  I was given a couple of dog biscuits by Lucy, the Manager in Thyme Out and Bailey would raise his paw with eyes the size of saucers, his way of requesting apparently!!!!  His owners were a lovely older (my sort of age) couple too from Chorley but who have a static caravan nearby and visit regularly.

After that we just cam home  Hubby is now up his allotment and I stood at the lounge window to take some photos of this gorgeous wee sparrow that would jump off as soon as I raised my arm, but still I managed to get a photo.
