Birthday Cake

Youngest has spent the last two days buying ingredients for and then making a birthday cake for his Mum. Today was the big day, so we got it iced and ready while she was at work, and we all had a slice at night. He’s done really well despite my terrible photo of it; it was tasty and the coconut icing was a real treat. His life skills classes at school these last few years are to thank for this!!
