Messing around

Backblip because reasons

This marvellous Messerschmitt KR200 Kabrio came visiting, so I had to have a closer look, and with my neighbours we had a good chat with the owner.  The 200cc engine that is hidden behind the cabin puts out a mighty 9hp, mostly in the form of noise and smoke I think, but the slippery shape means you can easily do more than 50mph.

I loved the aircraft-style steering "wheel" that was more like a yoke, and the way your passenger sits with their legs either side of the driver.  These microcars haven't been made for 60 years now, and are apparently worth tens of thousands.
