Late Winter Morning…..

The mornings are becoming so much lighter…. It is lovely being able to walk the River paths in sunshine. Ruby had a great run, interacting with other dogs. She stole one dog’s ball and was reluctant to give it up. I walked on without her and she soon followed without the stolen ball.
Friends brought around four bags of pinecones. They are great for starting the fire in the wood burner and for boosting the blaze later in the evening.
I made the most of the warmer day and did some gardening. Lots to do…. I just have to pace myself and chip away at the work.
