The Saturday round of farmers market, wine shop and (ugh) clothes shopping. I popped into Better Read Than Dead to check the titles under Damp English Man: Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Orwell’s 1984, Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, T.S. Eliot’s Collected Poems 1909-1962, Shakespeare’s Sonnets. So characters rather than authors.
