Meadowlark Prairie and Euphoria Chocolates Ride

Kathy successful completed a twelve mile ride today... she is a star!
The half-way point was Euphoria Chocolates where we refueled on the brunch of champions, hand-dipped ice-cream on a stick.
Needless to say, it was a delight filled morning.
