The Great Peach Experiment

Normally I store dried fruit in small batches placed in paper lunch bags and then put two bags into a ziplock bag to store. In an attempt to get away from the plastic bags I’m trying canning jars and using a hand held sealer. This is five large peaches. So far so good. :) I’m hoping there will still be peaches next week at the farmer’s market.
