Today's Cycling Session

   Loaded the bike on the cycle carrier and planned to drive over to Ratho. The intention was to cycle from Ratho along the Union Canal to the Falkirk Wheel but when I saw the slow moving traffic on the Queensferry Crossing I booted that idea over the wall.

   Instead I opted for a run around the Heritage Trail around Loch Leven instead. That's Burleigh Castle on the right of my map.
