Ripples of colour

It's been a warm sunny day and I had a relaxed morning at home.  I baked the sourdough loaves and then later in the afternoon took one round to a friend.

As I was in Otterton I decided to have a short walk along the river Otter.  I took several shots of various trees including the twisted dead one in a field thinking to use them for a blip.  I also took a few shots of the river and was quite happily 'surprised' when I saw a suitable abstract among the shots of the river.  For today's abstract Thursday with its theme of surprised.
