Guess Who Dropped By!......

It was just after seven this morning, when Jane and I started our Thursday morning walk as we always do, by making a slight detour from the trail itself to the bridge that crosses the creek.  No prizes for guessing who flew in just about the time we decided we had missed him---the Green Heron, of course!  The light was not as good as I might have liked, but I was still able to get some shots that invoked the Heron Rule. I have put a shot in the extras of some of the algae that invades the creek sometimes.  I don't like it, but I did find it useful for my nod to the challenge of "Unexpected Abstract".  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.....
