A Taste Of France

This coarse-textured terrine of ham with parsley used to be one of our favourite purchases on our trips to France. Now that Tony isn’t up to the travelling any more, it’s good to know that we can still get hold of it from specialist food shops. The tomatoes are not from France but the Isle of Wight, and should go nicely with it as well as a crusty baguette.
