Corvid Fiesta

Glen Roy

We drove up Glen Roy today to bag a couple of Corbetts, both called Carn Dearg. We’re not great August hillwalkers as it’s often a combination of damp, midgey, hazy, hot, busy or worse all of these. However today was really nice, crisp, pretty clear and very few midges. The blip is taken from the second Carn Dearg looking down Glen Roy towards the Grey Corries, the Aonachs, Carn Mor Dearg and the Ben. You can also see the parallel ‘roads’ (old glacial lake shores).

Best on black.

Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is Dangerous Fowl.
