The Ash tree, Buttermere

A bit of a hectic day. Started with a Camera Club Committee meeting, which took up most of the morning. Got home just in time for lunch, after which Deb suggested we went for a swim in Crummock Water, which was a bit chilly getting in, but once we got used to the temperature was OK. 

On the way home we passed Buttermere, and managed a quick shot of the Ash tree on the promontory and Holme Wood on the far shore. Won't win any prizes, but made a satisfactory (almost) emergency Blip!
