Tattie-bogle

As part of the Kinghorn in Bloom week there is a scarecrow trail set up around the village for you to explore and find the scarecrows people have put together and displayed in their gardens.

I liked this one by the Kinghorn Nursery Group. Although rather brutally tied to a fence I think it has a certain charm. I don't know if it is by accident or design, but if you look closely at the Tattie-bogle's right eye you can just make out a tear making its way onto its cheek.

Despite the smile, perhaps it doesn't like being tied to a fence.
