Better Days
Today has been a lot better than yesterday was. Little Man's potty training is gradually progressing and he's slowly becoming aware of when he needs to go, which is a good sign!
We spent the morning at home, relaxing. Little Man used the potty, several times, earning himself more stickers. We had his speech therapy appointment this afternoon and biked there. The therapist was thrilled with Little Man's development. She said that in the few months he's been seeing her that she noticed his sentences are getting longer. Its an encouraging sign and hopefully he'll do well at primary school.
We did some food shopping on the way home, to get some dinner for tonight and to ensure that there's food in the freezer when we get back from England next week. As we were biking home, I needed to stop and catch my breath. Little Man said there were boats coming and wanted to watch for a few moments. No boats came.
I'm not thinking about what I can't currently control, and am planning to talk to my parents about it over the weekend. We'll be able to dicuss the next step forward then.
