Catch of the day

L and I took Mum and Little L out fishing today! Little L had never been fishing before and Mum has never caught a fish in her life!

After a couple of hours with no bites, we thought we were going to have to give it up as a lost cause ... And then Little L caught a wee fry, right through the eye!

That seemed to be the start of our good luck streak, and after that we were all catching mackerel. Mum even caught two Grey Gurnerds (pretty impressive for her first ever catch).

Luckily none of us snagged a jellyfish, although there were a lot of them about!
