Love is like a butterfly.
Well I had to blip some butterflies today as it might be the last chance as they are really starting to look a bit sorry for themselves and although it has been a fantastic day weather wise it does feel like we are nearing the end of the summer.
There were still the small tortoise shells and small and large whites around and then my first sighting of a peacock on our buddleia and also a really tatty Red admiral.
I used to like watching the comedy called Butterflies which ran between 1978 and 1983. It stared Wendy Craig as Ria who was a terrible cook and Geoffrey Palmer as Ben a dentist who collected Butterflies. They had two sons who are both learning to drive and unemployed. A 'typical' family of the time.
Been busy sorting things out which takes for ever. More things for the tip tomorrow.
