Light and Shade…..

Down at the river early this morning.
Family members departed Blenheim this morning. Margaret flew back to Wellington. Hannah and Alex (and Kevin the cat) drove back to their property in Marahau with some tredipation. They had departed for the UK to visit family between the two horrendous storms that struck Tasman and Marahau over two months ago. I talked briefly with Alex this evening. It seems their property got off lightly compared with many others in the Tasman district. However they still have a lot of cleaning up to do.
