Flower/flour

I make most of my own bread and I was given this baking flowerpot for my birthday a little while ago.

This is my second attempt and I'm pretty pleased with it. It's a standard dough mix, but you can't use more than a pound of flour. I had a bit more than that in my first attempt and it splurged a bit in the oven. It still tasted good though...

This one uses malted flour and walnuts.
