Folly

Up early to get Eve to football and then stopped in my tracks by news that Mum has been taken into hospital. Awaiting news now on scans so hopefully all will be OK.

Got along to watch the end of the win for Eve's team and then while the brisket was doing it's thing in the oven we wandered round with the whippet for a sniff around the open day at Amisfield walled garden. Huge place slowly being restored by volunteers and it must have been mighty impressive in its day. There are folly's like this in each corner now in varying stages of decay, although the statues are looking alright.
