Another freebee

I will have to stop this Lidl Free sticky bun thing or my waistline will increase again.

Another nice cool day, overcast but not cold till late afternoon when we had a bit of rain, nothing to shout about, but I am sure the flowers would if they could shout.

Shopping day today so apart from that and walking the dog I haven't done much more, in fact I took time out to read my book this afternoon.

I didn't bother ringing the doctor today because I knew I would be out most of the morning and didn't want to be sat waiting for an answer if I was some silly number in the queue, so will try tomorrow.
Kirsty got to see her doctor, who has said don't take the tablets and see me in 2 weeks to see how your BP is then we will decide. She is feeling much better and managed to get a good nights sleep at last, now she is not feeling so poorly.
