Costa del Golf

Today we arrived in Marbella for a week of sun, fun and golf. Our villa rental is attached to the Dutch owners house and they gave us a lovely welcome including wine, tapas and a quick tour of our surrounding area.

In the photo is our host, with his jeep, then Clive, Lesley and Anne.

Clive and I started an annual golf challenge in 1979. It was postponed a few years whilst family commitments took priority but the Wide Open restarted 4 years ago and the venues now involve warmer climes.

This year it's Marbella, the practice rounds start tomorrow, can't wait. The banter has started already :-)
