Heading Home
Bailey had a much more settled night's sleep last night and so did I as a result. He was still a reluctant breakfast eater and didn't get a full dose of insulin but he has eaten now we are home. The bridge and lighthouse views were taken as we went out at just after half six (still grey but a bit more light) and the seagull came to visit but was discouraged from coming any further than the windowsill.
We'd planned to head home via Pickering and enjoyed a very tasty breakfast at Nosh and a wander and purchases in the Pickering Book Tree. It was a good way to round off our trip with the favourite people.
Home by lunchtime, unpacked and Bailey walked, we both had a bit of a nap. A quick trip to buy Bailey supplies and some work thinking.
