Brian's Bits

By Kanyl

Aw HECK!

I've only done this once before and the answer was Wigton.  I suspect it was pre-COVID and out ate the "Egg Factory" at Stainton.
At COVID it was ceased and I used the Farm; never did check if Brasses started up selling from Office again.
SO - I took the notion to do it again via eggtracker.co.uk.  I remembered the 0, and the 1, but not which of the others was which (could have guessed I suppose)
It was my initials and my Birthday that inspired me.  SO (again?!?) I found out they're quite well travelled.
       "The Results
CODE: 1UK13992
Your Free Range egg was brought into the world in Ross-on-Wye HR9, UK.
That means that the total distance travelled is approximately 232 Miles to get to you.
I came back.
I re-checked @ egg tracker and found the following:-
"Based on the data that we have here are a few stats that may be helpful in understanding more about organic reared eggs.  It is important to say that this is just our data and is growing each day it is used.  It is by no means an authority, we just think it's interesting.

Total Miles Traveled: 668,723 miles
Average Miles Traveled: 149 miles
Total Organic Eggs Tracked: 4,482
Unique Farms: 347"
