Today is the anniversary of one of three mass shootings there has been in Britain in my lifetime. It is still very real for many of those who were living in the town when it happened. One of the positives from it was immediate changes in gun laws, taking a lot of weapons out of circulation. A sombre moment lightened by the memorial being next to a busy skate park full of happy children enjoying their school holidays.
