Alstroemerias

An EB as the rain which I thought had finished for the day, returned. In truth everything was soaking wet after this mornings rain and subsequent overcast and lack of wind failed to dry it out. This is getting more like the Summers we used to know! The other flowers on the plant have died back and new shoots have appeared. Established Alstro's in the soil are already well into their second flowering. The extra is the undercarriage of a Shield Bug immodestly displaying on the conservatory door. It gives me an opportunity to check whether my extras are still being uploaded!
