Cwm Collo
Nice walk today in overcast conditions. We set out from Everest Hall at Llanfair Waterdine. The hall is named in honour of Lord John Hunt who led the successful British expedition to Everest in 1953 and who lived in the village. Our own climb was completely tame, up Llanfair Hill (without oxygen) via Bwlch and onto Offa's Dyke and then meandering down on part of the Jack Mytton way. My blip today is of the view west across Cwm Collo towards Tregodfa and the hills of east Radnorshire. Although the place names are all Welsh we never left Shropshire.
I've added a back blip for yesterday.
