Motörhead

Today a festival of motoring so Roo and I packed our sandwiches and Rex and went to have a look around.

Most of you know I do have a love for speed( sorry Warwickshire police honestly I was unaware I was speeding!), I love sleek cars and when the lottery numbers come up I have a list.

Rex is with us to help promote cancer awareness and along with Roo was getting the attention.

My blip consists of top left a three wheel Morgan " why this car" when I was 12 years old my neighbour rebuilt a three wheeler Morgan the car had to be driven into Evesham for its MOT before it was allowed properly out on the road, Evesham is probably about 30 miles from us.

Almost getting to the garage the back tyre burst, I was seated in the rear, long before seatbelts became compulsory and was thrown out on the first roll, along with the driver and the other backseat passenger, the car rolled twice more with the frontseat passenger still in it, she was thrown out and the car was aright off, someone was looking down on us as the car ended up on the wrong side of the road on a bend and thankfully nothing was coming on that side. We all got up with a few broken bones and cuts, but to this day I still love Morgan's in fact after I passed my test it was the first car I drove 4 wheel soft top though.

Secondly we have my all time favourite the MG, I've loved them for ever and one day I will own one.

Underneath we have the Green Jaguar used in the Bond film Die another Day, the number plate was obviously ment for Kanga!

Next to that we got on this Bike along with Rex to promote awareness to cancer but also to bring awareness to Parkinson's disease as all money collected went towards this, the owner said what a good dog Roo was.

Finally another Bond car and one of my favourites the lotus driven in The Spy who loved me, by Roger Moore and turned some how into a submarine.

To end the day a fly over by a hurricane and a spitfire that was magical.

Great day had by us all.
