Tart time

Following our foccacia success last Friday week, we baked a courgette and ricotta tart for ourselves this evening. And it was genuinely a joint effort. The recipe came from the BBC Good Food website. We are always surprised that our attempts at home cooking turn out to be edible let alone verge on the tasty. The tart ticked both those boxes but needed a bit more seasoning. But I guess learning and improving is what home cooking is all about.
